Andrey Nikolaevich Kovalevskiy is the author of the landscaping composition "Philosophical Rock Garden", who started his professional development 45 years ago at the coasts of the Narova River, being a land surveyor trainee of the Polytechnic Institute and dealt with design as the hydrotechnology engineer in departments of the Ministry of Atomic Energy for the first twenty years.
Now, busy with journalism, as the creative manager of the Volunteer Station "Narvsky Tract", he monitors dying parks of noble estates on the top of the Izhorskoe plateau.
