The School of Landscaping and Gardening Urbanistics and Farming Enterprises is one of the first in the Russian Federation innovative companies established as public and private partnership in the agricultural industry of the country.

From July 2011 to the present, the grounds of FGBOU VPO SPbGAU have been the scene of the creation of the Russian Federation’s first-ever Exposition-Testing Center for the Transfer of Innovative AIC Technologies and the Development of Rural Areas and Small-Scale Rural Farming (EITsTT SPbGAU).
The objective of the center’s creation involves creating a fully-operational innovative experimental model for the efficient, sustainable development of the AIC and rural areas, as well as ensuring the stable formation of a dual-purpose resource flow: high technologies and specialists trained for their successful implementation under real-world conditions.
The expositional-experimental center is located in the Town of Pushkin-St. Petersburg. The total area of the center measures 64 hectares, developed area – 6136 m², built-up area – 2454 m², area paved with an innovative road surfacing – 1227 m², landscaped area with elements of small architectural forms and fountains – 2455 m².
The center boasts a number of unique features – in essence, it’s the world’s first exhibition-and-production complex engaged in the output of “turnkey” agro-integrated produce.
