“Pulkovo-Tsveti” (Flowers of Pulkovo) is a group of companies specializing in industrial horticulture and flower wholesales.

The holding is based at the Flower-and-Nursery Production Alliance “Tsveti” (Flowers), organized in 1972.

The history of the enterprise stretches back to the distant past, where its roots are associated with the English garden master William Gould. This preeminent park developer not only created the Tauride Garden and Winter Garden at Tauride Palace (together with the architect E.A. Starov), but in 1784 – also founded Tauride gardening. In the pre-revolutionary period, it was the scene of the cultivation of flowers, vegetables and fruit (including pineapples, peaches and grapes) for the imperial palace.

Today, the enterprise encompasses 2 production sites – “Pulkovo” (in St. Petersburg) and “Raduga” (Rainbow) in Leningrad Region (City of Kingisepp), as well as a sales department. One of the divisions at the sales department is the Garden Center – a specialized commercial platform spanning 2000 m², located at the site of the production facility on Pulkovo Shosse.

The total area of the enterprise stretches across 39 hectares of land, including more than 12 hectares of greenhouses.

Wholesale-retail trade encompasses both the plants cultivated by “Pulkovo-Tsveti” group, as well as floral products supplied from Holland.

Thanks to its close cooperation with major retail chains, the products cultivated at the enterprise’s greenhouses are sold not only in Northwest Russia but in other regions as well, including Siberia, Krasnodar Krai, the Volga Region, and Murmansk.

As an official supplier of the Garden-Park Management Administration (USPK) of St. Petersburg, the enterprise takes active part in the city’s ongoing beautification. Every year, the streets of St. Petersburg are adorned with more than 5 mln seedlings cultivated in its greenhouses.

Under the “Imperatorskiye Orangerei” (Imperial Greenhouses) brand, the enterprise is engaged in the arrangement of interior greenery and plant rentals.

The enterprise team honors its traditions and respects horticultural traditions but always keeps pace with the times, implementing cutting-edge agro-technologies and production automation while carefully studying demand fluctuations and contemporary European trends.
