MATIS LLC was founded in 1998 at the base of SRPC “Restavrator” (Restorer), and has been actively engaged in restoration of the historical and cultural landmarks of St. Petersburg and its environs for more than 15 years. The firm is a member in good standing of the St. Petersburg Restorers’ Union.
MATIS offers a full range of services, from the development of design-estimate documentation to comprehensive restoration projects.
Past projects encompass more than a thousand cultural heritage sites, including many national sites: SMP Tsarskoe Selo, SMR Peterhof, Hermitage, Naval Cathedral at Kronstadt, Russian National Library, Smolny Cathedral, Moskovsky Rail Terminal, Tauride Palace and many others, as well as landscaping of the palaces and pedestrian zones in the central district of St. Petersburg and upkeep of the city’s grassy enclosures.
